Facing directly west, it attracts riders looking for powerful waves near the cliff. The atmosphere is lively with windsurfing and wingfoiling practitioners nearby.

The spot is known for its connection with Brusc in the morning, before finishing the day here when the wind strengthens.

Location

Detailed information

The beach is oriented directly west, which means the mistral comes onshore from the front, perfect for kicking the waves. Navigation areas concentrate offshore, near the cliff where the steepest and most powerful waves break, with an average swell of 1 to 2 meters forming along the Mediterranean park.

Launching is done directly from the narrow beach, but care must be taken to launch cautiously to avoid bathers and nearby rocks. The launch area is limited by the small size of the beach, so quick-launch kites are preferred.

In case of side-on wind from the northwest, the water becomes more manageable, but the dominant onshore creates chop and short waves quickly. Tides do not significantly impact the spot, but at low tide, rocks are more exposed near the edge.
