Conditions de navigation

The spot offers a large area for launching and landing thanks to its long and wide sandy beach. In side-shore winds (N, NNE, WSW, W, WNW, NW, NNW), there is flat between the breakwaters on the sides, perfect for progression. Beware of breakwaters in the water, they define the safe zones.

In onshore winds, a shore break can form, making water entry more technical. With SW wind, nice waves on the sandbank, but strong current to watch out for. Riding is generally done offshore, with enough space to jibe without worry. Conditions range from flat to small waves depending on the strength and direction of the wind.

No tidal influence on the spot, which simplifies session planning.
