Historical averages by month — not a live forecast.
The spot is oriented for optimal side-shore wind from SW and W, which often blows at 3-4 Bft on the lake. NE, ENE, and E winds are also recommended and create flat to choppy conditions with small waves in gusts.
The navigation area is marked in the Übungsbereich, with a gravel launch and take-off near the shore. The water is shallow for about 20m, perfect for maneuvers close to the sand.
No tidal influence, the water remains stable. Be cautious of adjacent swimming areas and stones in the water near the beach. In summer, east winds can be surprising but remain usable.
