Informations utiles
This spot is oriented for side-shore or side-on winds from the SW and W, sweeping the flat terrain without major obstacles. The riding area extends over a large grassy field, with an easy launch – or rather landing – everywhere on site. Launches are done directly on the glider airfield, always checking for the absence of airplanes or gliders.
No tides or water, it's pure landkite: ATB, buggy, and mountainboard. The best areas are in the center of the field to avoid wooded edges. Be cautious on days of high aeronautical activity, prioritize air safety.
The wind is often thermal in the afternoon in summer, with possible gusts due to the surrounding flat terrain. Experienced riders enjoy the long straight lines for speed in buggies.
The ideal conditions are consistent winds of 15-30 km/h from SW to NW, for a good pull without excess power.
