Kite Gym is an officially licensed kitesurf school located at La Cinta beach, in the heart of the Tavolara natural park in Sardinia. The center welcomes water sports enthusiasts to a paradise setting blessed with constant winds and shallow crystal-clear waters, perfect for beginners, families, and young athletes. The international team of highly qualified instructors (FIV, IKO, VDWS certified) offers private and group lessons for all levels, from classic kitesurfing to wing foil, freestyle, and kite foil. Instructors speak English, Italian, German, and Spanish to serve an international clientele. Kite Gym also provides yoga classes in collaboration with certified teachers, complementing its water sports offerings with wellness activities in an exceptional natural environment.
