The Dullive beach, located in Dully on the shores of Léman in Vaud, Switzerland, is a discreet spot favored by locals for its kitesurf sessions. Lined with trees, it offers a calm setting between Nyon and the port of Rolle, with a grassy and sandy beach ideal for setting up gear.
It is a typical lake spot where people come for the bise, this regular northeast wind that makes sessions fun in light wind. Experienced riders find their satisfaction here despite the constraints of beachgoers in summer.
Open all year round, the spot remains accessible even off-season, with a relaxed atmosphere away from the crowds of the large Vaud beaches.

The spot mainly works with the bise, a northeast wind that blows side-on relative to the southwest-oriented beach. It is ideal for regular sessions on the lake, with a water surface that remains flat to chop depending on wind strength, without influential tides as it is freshwater.
Water entry is directly from the grassy-sandy beach, about thirty meters wide, but be careful of the trees lining the shore that complicate launching and landing – no trees on the beach itself but around, so maneuver with caution. The navigation area extends out into Léman, while remaining vigilant about swimming areas and beachgoers in good weather.
In light NE wind (8-15 knots), it’s perfect for freestyle or freeride; beyond that, the chop rises quickly on the lake. The main channel of the lake is at a distance, but the current can surprise near neighboring ports. Spot open 365 days/year, but limited in July-August when families occupy the beach.
