The Pointe du Cor de Groasguen in Bénodet, southern Brittany, is a quiet spot by the Odet and the ocean. There is a small beach surrounded by rocks and dunes, perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle of central Bénodet.

The Pointe du Cor de Groasguen offers a sheltered water area by Pointe Saint-Gilles, ideal for west and northwest winds that come side-on from the bay of Bénodet. The launch is directly from the small sandy beach, with a wide and obstacle-free take-off area of about 100 meters.
Navigating takes place in the lagoon at high tide, with a space of 300 meters wide where one can freeride or foil without hindrance. At low tide, the water recedes significantly, making the spot only navigable at high tide with a choppier surface near the mouth of the Odet.
Local schools like Kitesurfevolution or Kitebreizhskol often operate in the area, with marked zones for beginners near Letty. Be cautious of fishermen and kayaks in the central channel, especially in summer.
