Less crowded than Gruissan or Leucate, it attracts those looking for space and strong wind without the crowd.

The Tramontane blows here side-offshore to side-shore between 20 and 35 knots. The water is flat to slightly choppy depending on wind strength. The water quickly becomes deep, but the beach is huge and safe for launching. With onshore wind (rare), a more wavy water condition can be found, but it’s the Tramontane that gives the spot its reputation. Excellent terrain for fast freeride, big air, or foil.
