Medie storiche per mese — non è una previsione live.
Carcans Beach primarily works with winds from the southwest to northwest, with a marked thermal regime in summer. The recommended wind for kitesurfing comes from the southwest and northwest. The swell orientation is ideally west.
The beach offers a water surface that varies according to conditions: in summer, the northwest thermal generally blows between 8 and 15 knots, strengthening in the afternoon. The wind can be onshore (facing the beach), which affects the quality of the water surface. At low tide, the rip currents create interesting areas for tricks and progression.
Launching is done directly from the beach. The spot works well from November to April for the most stable conditions. In summer, regular thermals offer predictable sessions but with a water surface often choppy.
