The prevailing wind from west to southwest blows side-onshore between 15 and 25 knots. The water plan is wavy to choppy on Grande Plage, and more flat at low tide on the Men Du side. The spot remains navigable over a wide tidal time range, but low tide uncovers vast sandy areas.
