In the morning, the wind may be more cross-offshore before shifting slightly. The navigation area extends in front of the private beach, with a large freeride space accessible directly from the sand.

Launching is easy from the beach at high tide, while at low tide, a marking indicates the area where the water becomes deep – it is possible to navigate at any tide. For beginners, a shallow learning area is accessible by boat from nearby centers like Harry Nass, about 10 minutes away. The launch area is long and sandy, with staff assistance for takeoff and landing.

The water state is generally flat to chop near the shore, ideal for maneuvers and jumps, with Caribbean sandbanks nearby for freeride. Be cautious of boating areas separated from swimming, and wear booties for occasional shells or stones.
