Falsterbo Strand is a beautiful beach in southern Sweden, in the county of Skåne, with its fine white sand attracting walkers and nature lovers. Lined with pretty colorful fishing huts, it offers a peaceful and wild atmosphere, typical of this peninsula swept by sea winds.
It is a kitesurf spot known to locals for its regular wave sessions, especially when the wind blows from the southeast. Access is easy from Falsterbo, with good paths leading to the beach.
The setting is ideal for combining riding and walks, in a preserved environment close to the Falsterbo bird reserve.

The beach of Falsterbo Strand is oriented northwest/southeast, exposed to south winds that become side-on to side-shore perfect for kitesurf wave. Launching is done directly on the fine, wide sand without obstacles, with a good take-off area at the water's edge. The riding area extends several hundred meters along the beach but remains wide to avoid crowds. Beware, the waves are regular here, suitable for freestyle wave, especially with high tide improving the water surface.
No blatant prohibited areas, but the spot is exposed to swells from the Baltic Sea, making sessions technical in strong wind. Locals prefer the central part of the beach to spot the best sets.
