Quiberville-sur-Mer

Located between chalk cliffs and the Norman countryside, the Quiberville-sur-Mer beach is a discreet and authentic spot on the Alabaster Coast. Less crowded than nearby beaches, it offers a peaceful and wild atmosphere, ideal for sessions away from urban hustle. Lined with pebbles and some sandy areas at low tide, it provides a distinctly maritime navigation in a preserved natural setting. Quiberville attracts riders looking for clear conditions and a simple, unadorned spot.

Location

Detailed information

Navigation takes place in open sea, on a pebble beach highly dependent on the tide. At low tide, access to the water can be technical due to the pebbles and steep slope. At high tide, the depth quickly becomes sufficient but space reduces. The dominant wind blows from west to northwest, arriving side to side-onshore. The water surface is generally choppy to rough, with regular waves when swell is present.
