Asaa Strand, on the east coast of Nordjylland in Denmark, is a small sandy beach about 400 meters long. Located on a peninsula south of the port of Asaa, it offers a family-friendly setting with shallow water and a flat bottom.
It is a popular kitesurfing spot for its flat conditions that attract even surf schools from Aalborg. Locals regularly kite there, especially when the wind comes from the west or east.
The beach is gentle and accessible, perfect for combining kite sessions and family relaxation.

Launching is done directly from the small sandy beach of 400m, with a small take-off and landing area, so you need to be careful not to encroach on bathers in summer. Navigation extends offshore from the peninsula, where the water remains shallow for a good distance, perfect for progressing without risking the bottom too early.
