Corporation Beach, located on the south coast of Cape Cod in Dennis, Massachusetts, offers a peaceful setting with calm bay waters. Although primarily known for swimming and walking, it is increasingly frequented by kiteboarders and wind-foilers when the wind picks up.
Corporation Beach is an open spot with flat water conditions in the bay, ideal for carving and turns. At low tide, wide sandbars appear, limiting the navigation area. The spot is legally accessible only in spring and autumn, and even then, a parking fee is required.

The prevailing wind is South, with a side-on or slightly onshore direction depending on the exact position on the beach. Water conditions are flat in the bay, perfect for carving, but sandbars appear at low tide, reducing depth. The main navigation area is offshore, where the wind can reach 26 mph and waves 5 feet high. Launching is easy from the beach, but beware of quicksand areas at low tide. The spot is popular in spring and autumn, with a crowd of kiteboarders and wind-foilers.
