Paralia Acharavi, on the north coast of Corfu, is a long sandy beach appreciated for its easy access and rather tranquil atmosphere off-season. The spot mainly attracts riders looking for a simple launch and plenty of space on the beach.
It is a spot accessible to all levels, with generally cleaner conditions when the wind comes in well across and a water surface that remains quite easy to read. The beach is wide, with room to rig and take off without being too close to other users.

At Acharavi, the wind is most often usable when it comes in side-shore to side-on depending on the exact orientation of the day's breeze. The spot operates on a large sandy beach, with a medium to comfortable-sized launch and landing area, which facilitates equipment preparation.
The water surface is generally cleaner than choppy, with a sea that quickly takes on a bit of chop as the wind picks up. There is no real tide constraint on the spot, which simplifies session organization. However, one must closely monitor the shared space with swimmers in summer, especially near the shore, as the beach remains busy.
Kitesurfing mainly occurs along the sandy strip, with enough width to navigate without being immediately offshore. The bottom is sandy, making launching more comfortable, but one should remain vigilant in busier areas and maintain a clean trajectory during takeoff and landing.
