Atins
Atins is a village lost between the ocean and the white dunes of the Lençóis Maranhenses park. Accessible by boat from Barreirinhas, this magical place offers a unique sailing environment in the world: turquoise lagoons, warm and constant wind, fine sand, and absolute silence. It’s a dream spot for freestyle, foil, and freeride, where each tide completely transforms the landscape. Between lagoon, estuary, and sea, Atins is the very definition of paradise kitesurfing.

Informações detalhadas
The wind from east to northeast blows side-on between 17 and 25 knots. At high tide, the water surface becomes a vast lagoon flat formed by the mouth of the Rio Preguiças. At low tide, the sea retreats and reveals ultra-flat areas between the sandbanks. The downwinds from Caburé or the inner lagoons of Lençóis are legendary. The bottom is sandy, the beach is wide, and the water entry is easy. It’s a complete spot, perfect for all styles of sailing.
