The Tramontane blows side-offshore to side-shore on the pond between 20 and 35 knots, providing powerful but clean wind. The water surface is a flat water mirror for several hundred meters, ideal for freestyle and technical tricks. The water is very shallow (often less than a meter). Sailable year-round, but more comfortable between March and November. Sporty atmosphere, accessible from the road to La Palme with parking and dedicated kite area.
